My name is Tricia Whitlock, and I am passionate about pilates and its benefits. I believe that everyone can benefit from pilates, no matter your age or fitness level. My teaching is rooted in the belief that pilates can transform your life, and I am dedicated to helping my students achieve their personal fitness goals using the pilates method.
I am dedicated to helping you reach your full movement potential. By providing personalized instruction and support, pilates can help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you are a beginner or looking to improve your athletic performance.
My studio is designed to create a peaceful and welcoming environment where you can focus on refining your practice. Inside the studio you will find a full range of classical pilates apparatus, including the reformer, trapeze table (cadillac), wunda chair, arm chair, and more!
