My name is Tricia Whitlock, and I am passionate about Pilates and its benefits. I believe that everyone can benefit from pilates, no matter your age or fitness level. My teaching is rooted in the belief that Pilates can transform your life, and I am dedicated to helping my students achieve their personal fitness goals using the Pilates method.
Pilates is designed to give you length, strength, control, stamina, endurance, and more. Private lessons with me are tailored to your specific needs to help you reach your personal fitness goals.
My studio is designed to create a peaceful and welcoming environment where you can focus on refining your practice. Inside the studio you will find a full range of classical pilates apparatus, including the reformer, trapeze table (cadillac), wunda chair, arm chair, and more!
